WHAT’S INCLUDED?

 

 

Face to face consultations will be booked in automatically after your decision of booking to go through all aspects of your day, to sign contracts and to just have a chat about your big day! If we haven’t met previously then a meet up to simply get to know each other before deciding to book is always a great idea.

 

Little helpful guide as to what you might expect to get included:

 

~ Two hours of Bridal Preparations at any location.

~Arrival at ceremony venue just before Bride’s entrance, with shots of ceremony room set up and last minute groom preparations.

~Ceremony from the front until ring exchange, then move to a back view for the rest of ring exchange and announcement of marriage.

~Staged Signing of the Register with couple and with witnesses and any other family members.

~Natural Photos for welcome drinks which leads to Confetti Walk and Large Group Photo of all your guests.

~Staged Family Photographs (helpful list will be given to decide on these before the big day!).

~The Couple Walk, natural photos of just the two of you with a little helping hand on the best positions and what works for the dress! We don’t want to take anymore than 20mins out of your day for these. 

~Room Set Up for Wedding Breakfast and more candid photos of your guests before you sit down to eat.

 

THIS IS WHERE THE PREP TO BREAKFAST PACKAGE ENDS!

 

~ A little break while you eat but we are never too far away to capture the laughter and goings on inbetween courses!

~Leads us in to Speeches - Traditonally three, father of the bride, Groom and Best Man but this is up to you.

~There is usually a chill time period before the evening reception starts so we go nicely into family photos we might have forgotten previously then a few more couple photos if it is the right time.

~Evening Guest arrivals and more candid photos.

~ Cake Cutting & First Dance

~ Dance action shots on the dancefloor until 9pm or until evening buffet begins.

~ Option of nighttime/ sunset photos with the Bride and Groom, including smoke bombs (provided by us) or sparklers (provided by you), if they are wanted. Up til 9pm.

~Firework photos can be included if they are before 9pm, it’s £150 additional to stay purposely for fireworks. 

 

HOME TIME FOR US!

 

~ You will then receive after your wedding, all the final edited photos of the day on a beauiful boxed USB to treasure. With the rights to print, share and upload any photos you wish for your personal use.
